2. Service Description
Ticketbutlr is a tool that converts Slack conversations into Jira/Linear tickets using AI technology. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
3. Limitation of Liability
The maker of Ticketbutlr, Björn Schefzyk, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to:
- Data loss or corruption
- Errors in ticket creation
- Service interruptions
- Any other matter relating to the service
4. Governing Law
These terms and your use of Ticketbutlr shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Ticketbutlr after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
